Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

Role: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing supervisors and teams to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead warehouse personnel, monitor performance, and support employee development.Coordinate activities in RF-enabled or non-RF environments, optimizing facility utilization.Maintain process management, productivity, quality, and safety standards.Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Address production issues with effective solutions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, especially regarding controlled substances and hazardous materials.Develop and recommend improvements to warehouse practices for efficiency and cost reduction.Manage departmental budget, oversee cleanliness, and perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Broad education in business, administration, or related fields; bachelor’s degree preferred.5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Willingness to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and support emergency or on-call duties.
