Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing Supervisors and teams to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, especially regarding controlled substances and hazardous materials. Responsibilities include employee coaching, performance evaluation, and ensuring safety policies are followed. They analyze key performance metrics, address production issues, and develop process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency. Budget management, facility cleanliness, and adherence to company policies are also key duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related, progressively responsible work experience
• Including 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and operational standards
• Ability to foster teamwork, work extended hours, participate in inventories, and work in a production environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
