About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Video Banker at First Security Bank & Trust in Charles City, IA. As a Video Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
Responsibilities
- Greet customers using any of our 8 Interactive Teller Machines.
- Process transactions in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Serve customers professionally and promptly, handling all teller functions.
- Follow established bank policies, procedures, and guidelines while processing transactions.
- Field questions from current and potential customers, maintaining good customer relations.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals.
- Guide customers to other bank staff for product or service assistance as needed.
- Identify and mitigate potential fraud.
- Take overflow phone calls for the Service Center.
- Assist the operations area with deposit and clerical duties, including mailings, balancing and reviewing accounts, reviewing mobile deposits, and other tasks.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of previous customer service experience.
- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred but not required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in basic computer skills using Microsoft Office products, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology.

- Strong presence and interest in working in a video-based position.
- Flexibility in duties and schedule.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
