Full-Time Banker

Role Overview The Licensed Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building deep relationships, and growing the branch through consultative guidance. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand a client portfolio by fostering existing relationships and acquiring new clients.Engage clients in person and via phone to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored banking, investment, and insurance solutions, partnering with internal specialists.Open, service, and support digital banking accounts, process credit requests, and facilitate referrals for complex needs.Drive growth through deposits, loans, investments, and fee income, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client experiences and educate clients on digital tools and financial wellness.Monitor client portfolios, resolve inquiries and issues promptly, and stay informed on market trends affecting clients.Participate in community activities, support team goals, and model collaborative values. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required; college degree or military experience preferred.5-10 years of experience in retail banking or financial services with a proven track record.Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-first mindset, with ability to educate on technology and influence clients.Quick learner of banking products, proficient with CRM and office software, and flexible with branch hours.Bilingual skills are advantageous. Licensing & Compliance: Active FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations required, with ongoing compliance and training. Additional licenses such as NMLS or Notary may be needed based on duties.
