Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Manage customer accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their banking needs.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
