About the role

This full-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales. You will empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values, delivering inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values.

Responsibilities

• Enhance profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
• Assist in ensuring effective space management techniques are used.
• Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
• Ensure all fixtures are always replenished.
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques to identify business development opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences rooted in LEGO® Brand values.
• Motivate, energize, and inspire others to outstanding performance while cultivating a positive, team-oriented, safety-first environment.

Requirements

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience in delivering employee training.
• Experience with cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale automated systems.
• Experience with merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Physical specifications

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $23.50 to $26.70, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
