Full-Time Team Leader

About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader in University Place Mall in Orem, Utah. Provide a brand experience for customers, train the team to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Enhance profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information
• Affirm appropriate and effective space management techniques
• Maintain store graphics and pricing systems for customer service and maximizing sales
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques
• Empower and develop a high-performance team
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences

Requirements

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
• Delivery of Employee training
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
• Point of sale automated systems
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
• Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders
• Vision abilities: close vision, depth perception, adjusting focus
• Lifting capacity: at least 30 lbs

Pay

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.10 - $25.30, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Schedule

An average of 3 days per week in the office, with a hybrid work policy.
