Full Time Team Lead
YOUR ROLE
As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you support store leadership to achieve sales goals, working alongside store associates and providing daily direction, communication and training. You motivate the team to provide an amazing shopping experience. You build brand loyalty with every customer interaction. Above all, you are a brand ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values. You are committed to making the world a brighter place through every touchpoint!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales: Work with your team to exceed sales goals, drive store traffic, convert customers, execute community and customer outreach efforts and promote campaigns to drive brand awareness and build lasting customer relationships.
- Be a people leader: Channel Vera Bradley’s core values to motivate and inspire your team. Be passionate about Vera Bradley products: Suggest products to fit each customer’s unique needs and drive store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
- Be a merchandising and operational innovator: Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards, and ensure the store is always an organized and inviting environment for the customer.
- Show integrity: Be reliable, uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing and peak business needs.
- You’re at least 18 years of age.
- You have retail experience and/or prior management experience.
