Full Time Team Lead
Core Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team schedules.
- Effectively supervises Sales Associates during shifts, addressing potential issues in accordance with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM.
- Completes orders for store and office supplies in compliance with guidelines and operating budgets.
- Fulfills money handling procedures for all Sales Associates.
- Maintains an organized stockroom and merchandises available products on the shop floor to achieve loss prevention targets.
- Collaborates with the ASM and SM to maintain a high standard of merchandise presentation in line with store guidelines.

Enhance profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
Avoid space management inefficiencies and ensure effective use of the store graphics system (including pricing).
Ensure all fixtures are replenished and evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques to develop business opportunities.
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values.
Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values.
Qualifications
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
- Delivery of Employee training.
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
- Point of sale automated systems.
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities: close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Lifting capacity: at least 30 lbs.
Pay
The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50-$24.90 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is 40 hours per week.
