Team Leader - Full Time

Job Duties

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service
• Work with team members to meet and exceed established sales goals through service, production, merchandising and accurate business practices
• Maintain proper in-store stock levels of merchandise and stock rotation, and report any variances
• Know and demonstrate all aspects of cash handling procedures
• Train team members in proper procedures
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competence in interpersonal relations, leadership and problem solving
• Demonstrated experience in cash handling
• Strong reading, writing, speaking and communication skills
• Strong mathematics skills related to retail operations
• Able to train and explain processes to others
• Able to motivate self and others
• Previous team leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly, reach, bend, twist; extended periods spent standing
• Able to work a variety of hours in order to close or open the store
• Able to have a reliable vehicle for off-site agency business on an occasional basis
• Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator license
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and theft-related background check
