Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Respond confidently to medical concerns and emergencies
• Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure quality care
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies to promote continuity of care

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license
• Ability to deliver independent, compassionate care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
