Role & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Respond confidently to medical concerns and emergencies
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure safe, quality care
- Promote continuity of care, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Nursing license (LPN or RN)
- Ability to deliver independent, yet supported, clinical care
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
