A.G. Rhodes Wesley Woods is seeking a Full-time Evening Nursing Supervisor for our Atlanta community. Our Atlanta community was ranked as the #1 Nursing Home in Georgia (medium size category) with Newsweek for 2025. We have a high retention rate and strive to make sure you have the best experience possible.
Schedule
- Full-time evening position
- Monday through Friday
Qualifications
- Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
- 1 year Nursing supervisory experience required
- 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
- Experience working evening shifts preferred
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
- Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills
