Full-time RN Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Develop and implement person-directed care plans for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Lead shift meetings and staff development sessions
• Document resident care in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
• 1 year Nursing supervisory experience required
• 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
• Experience working evening shifts preferred
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
