Full-Time RN Nurse Manager ICU

Job Summary Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing nursing and patient care activities within their area, collaborating closely with the nursing team to support organizational goals. Ensures standardization of systems, identifies efficiencies, oversees financial aspects of nursing programs, and integrates performance improvement strategies. Supports strategic nursing initiatives, communication plans, and fosters patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works with hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration, service line development, and standardized practices. Responsibilities Develops and enhances care delivery models to improve patient, family, staff, and provider satisfaction.Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines.Promotes transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the nursing team.Improves nursing practice quality, administration, and service delivery.Allocates resources efficiently to meet current and future objectives.Manages a multidisciplinary team delivering competent, compassionate care in a professional environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.Bachelor's degree preferred; RN licensure required.Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; specialty certification is preferred.
