Full-Time RN Nurse Manager ICU

Job Summary Provides leadership in developing, managing, and implementing nursing and patient care activities within their area of responsibility. Collaborates with the nursing team to support organizational initiatives, standardize systems, improve efficiency, and oversee financial aspects of nursing services. Promotes performance improvement, strategic nursing projects, and effective communication to enhance patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. Works with various hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration, service line growth, and standardized practices. Responsibilities Leads development and enhancement of care delivery models to improve patient, family, employee, and provider satisfaction.Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts, regulations, and professional standards.Fosters transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability within the team.Enhances the quality and efficiency of nursing practice and services.Allocates resources effectively to meet current and future objectives.Manages a multidisciplinary team delivering competent, compassionate, and efficient care in a professional environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of healthcare issues, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred certifications in nursing specialties.
