Key Duties Develop and improve care delivery models to enhance patient and staff satisfaction.Ensure compliance with nursing practice acts, regulatory standards, and professional practices.Foster collaboration and accountability within the team.Optimize resource allocation and manage a multidisciplinary workforce delivering competent and compassionate care. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.Bachelor's degree required; specialty certification preferred.Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, and managed care.RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
