Full-Time RN-ICU Nurse Manager

Job Summary Seeking a leadership role responsible for developing, administering, and directing nursing and patient care activities within designated areas. Collaborates closely with the nursing team to align with organizational strategies, standardize systems, identify efficiencies, and oversee financial aspects of nursing programs and services. Supports performance improvement initiatives, strategic nursing projects, and communication plans to achieve nursing goals while ensuring patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works with hospital departments to implement nursing integration, service line development, and standardized practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Develops and improves care delivery models to enhance patient, family, staff, and provider satisfaction.Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines.Promotes transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability across teams.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness of services.Optimizes resource allocation to meet organizational objectives.Leads a multidisciplinary team providing competent, efficient, and compassionate care in a professional environment. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in an acute care setting.Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of healthcare issues, trends, legal compliance, and managed care.Ability to foster partnerships in program development and administration.RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred.
