About the role

Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing nursing and patient care activities within a designated area. Collaborates with the nursing team to support organizational initiatives, standardize systems, improve efficiencies, and oversee financial aspects of nursing programs and services. Focuses on enhancing care delivery, fostering satisfaction among patients, physicians, and staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Works closely with hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration, develop service lines, and maintain standardized nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, and managed care essential.
• RN licensure required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
• Specialty certification and additional training are desirable.
