Full-Time RN Nurse Manager

Job Summary Responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing all nursing and patient care activities within their area of accountability. Collaborates closely with the nursing team to support organizational initiatives, enhance care delivery, and improve patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. Key duties include standardizing systems, identifying efficiencies, managing financial aspects of nursing services, implementing performance improvement strategies, and supporting strategic nursing projects. Works with hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration, service line development, and standardized practices. Responsibilities Leads development and improvement of care delivery models to enhance patient and staff satisfaction.Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines.Promotes transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability across teams.Enhances quality and effectiveness of nursing services and administration.Optimizes resource allocation to meet current and future objectives.Manages a multidisciplinary team providing competent, efficient, and compassionate care in a professional environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership skills.Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.Ability to foster collaborative partnerships and develop service programs.RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred.
