Full-Time Nurse Manager

About the role

The Nurse Manager is a mission-driven leader responsible for overseeing nursing operations in a residential treatment setting, ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LVN/LPN staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans, medication management, and patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through audits and documentation review.
• Participate in staff training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies, provide on-call support, and assist with transportation for patients when needed.
• Support integrated patient care, develop educational materials, and contribute to quality improvement projects.
• Maintain adherence to policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess RN licensure, with preferred experience in behavioral health, substance use, or eating disorders.
• Current RN license and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of industry standards, medication management, and behavioral health treatment.

Skills

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform documentation audits and ensure compliance.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000‑$95,000.
