Lead nursing services in a senior living community, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor, develop, and educate nursing staff to enhance clinical and professional growth.
• Enhance communication among staff, residents, and families to promote trust and engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address healthcare needs and support individualized care plans.
• Implement nursing standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Previous director-level experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and improve resident outcomes.
