About the role

Oversee nursing operations within an assigned unit, supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure satisfaction among patients, residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care and operations on the unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
