Full-Time Nurse Manager

About the Role

Lead and coordinate nursing and patient/resident care within an assigned unit. Support the delivery of high-quality care aligned with organizational mission, policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage human resources by recruiting, orienting, evaluating staff, and addressing performance issues.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Pay

Competitive salary range of USD $95,000 to $98,800 annually.
