About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide leadership in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned units or shifts.
- Ensuring completion of patient care activities and appropriate staffing.
- Identifying staff training needs and collaborating with organizational leaders.
- Fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment that emphasizes compassionate, tailored patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure per state requirements.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 recent years in inpatient hospital care.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead, with responsibilities for reporting, issue resolution, and accountability.
