• Leading and coordinating nursing and patient care to ensure compliance with mission, values, standards, and regulations
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Managing human resources by recruiting, orienting, assessing staff performance, and implementing disciplinary actions when needed

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing
