About the role
Join as a Unit Manager/Director - RN, supporting high-quality care and positive outcomes within an assigned nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing and patient care operations, ensuring compliance with mission, values, policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage human resources, including recruiting, staff assessment, limiting overtime, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
