About the role
Join a patient‑centered inpatient care team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care across the lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Assess physical, psychological, and social aspects of patients from pediatric to geriatric populations
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Implement medical interventions
- Document nursing activities
- Advocate for patient dignity and confidentiality
- Educate patients and families
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
- Serve as a resource for staff training
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling
Qualifications
- Current, licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- Commitment to teamwork and patient advocacy
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
