Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Services - Full time
A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position within the Inpatient Services department, working night shifts on a 12-hour schedule.
Pay
Compensation range: $39.26 - $62.82 per hour, with night and weekend shift differentials up to $10 per hour. Eligible new hires may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, including experience, education, and certifications.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS) certification (may be obtained upon hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing
- MEDSURG-BC and/or PED-BC certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with EPIC
- Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit. Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse in a rural Critical Access Hospital.
