Registered Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN license required) to provide high-quality nursing care in a caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Following physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies to ensure quality care.
• Administering medications via oral, SQ, IM, or IV methods.
• Supervising nursing assistants and guiding team members.
• Assisting physicians during rounds and patient examinations.
• Performing treatments, documenting care, and maintaining infection control protocols.
• Supporting records management, assessments, and scheduling physicals for patients.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid North Carolina RN license.
• Yearly CPR certification.

Skills

• Ability to supervise staff, work collaboratively, and demonstrate patience and tact.
• Decisiveness in clinical problem‑solving to ensure patient safety.

Additional Requirements

• Attending in‑service training.
• Adhering to infection control standards.
• Participating in staff meetings.
• Background checks and a drug‑free workplace policy are in place.
