Registered Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

A Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, focusing on planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring effectiveness
• Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians or supervisors
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
• Review care plans and identify education and discharge planning needs

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
• Preferred: at least one year of RN experience
