Registered Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

Registered Nurse responsible for assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs, developing and updating individualized care plans, and ensuring safe, timely interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate assessments and document findings.
• Develop, review, and revise care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.
• Implement nursing interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and IV therapies safely and efficiently.
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly using SBARR and notify physicians as needed.
• Monitor care delivery effectiveness, identify issues, and utilize QAPI processes for resolution.
• Respond to call lights, assist with ADLs, and support resident well-being.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing best practices and adhere to policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed RN in the applicable state.
• Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer residents and equipment.
• Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and proficiency in documentation.
• Preferred experience in long-term care.

Pay

$29.39 - $48.20 per hour.
