Registered Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

Provides a wide range of nursing care in a specialized outpatient facility, from minor treatments to managing acutely ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Accurately triage and discharge patients of all ages
• Manage medications, perform wound care, splinting, and administer procedures such as I&D, sutures, and lumbar punctures
• Perform EKGs, recognize arrhythmias, and input discharge instructions and prescriptions into organizational software
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients, delegate appropriately, and support facility leadership

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years recent experience in a Critical Care setting, preferably in an ER
• Active Florida RN license or equivalent, with ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, standing and working up to a 12-hour shift

Preferred

• ER experience

Schedule

• Employment based in Tampa
• Three shifts per week, including weekends
