Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity Acute Care (Med-Surg) unit within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices and the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Delivering top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Precepting new healthcare staff and supporting ongoing professional development.
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on wellness and patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
