Full-Time RN - Acute Care

Role Overview Provides comprehensive nursing care in a specialty acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope patient care. Models proficiency by precepting new staff and contributes to a safe, high-quality clinical environment. Emphasizes evidence-based practice, teamwork, and patient-centered care to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Perform direct patient care for moderate to high acuity patients in a fast-paced setting.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.Prioritize safety, wellness, and the patient perspective in all care activities.Support ongoing staff education and process improvements. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.Current RN licensure and BLS certification.Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
