Full-Time RN - Acute Care

About the role

Provides comprehensive nursing care in a specialty acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope patient care. Models proficiency by precepting new staff and contributes to a safe, high-quality clinical environment. Emphasizes evidence-based practice, teamwork, and patient-centered care to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care for moderate to high acuity patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Prioritize safety, wellness, and the patient perspective in all care activities.
• Support ongoing staff education and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
• Ability to work day and night shifts in a rotation, onsite only.
