Full-Time RN - Acute Care

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting within a specialized unit, utilizing the nursing process and practicing at the top of scope. Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritize wellness, and ensure safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care for moderate to high acuity patients, including specialty Med-Surg units.
• Model proficiency through precepting and welcoming new knowledge in a fast-paced environment, contributing to positive patient outcomes.
• Provide high-quality nursing care and participate in a team-oriented approach.
• Support safety initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
• Valid RN license.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (must be valid through sixty days of hire).
