Full-Time Revenue Cycle Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, KPIs, and workflows to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve financial outcomes and streamline operations through automation and process improvements.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collection efforts, and billing accuracy to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Generate reports, analyze trends, and develop budgets to support organizational goals.
• Design organizational structure, training programs, and workflow standards for the revenue cycle team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations, including credentialing and renegotiation projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years healthcare management experience, including financial management and team leadership.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, and medical billing (preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations.

• Supervises Patient Services Manager, Billing Supervisor, and Medical Records staff.
• Full-time onsite role with responsibilities including staff development, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
• Requires physical ability to perform typical office tasks and some local travel between sites.
