About the Role
Provide advanced bedside respiratory care for critically ill patients in a hospital ICU setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage ventilators, analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs), and support airway management.
- Administer non-invasive therapies and collaborate with healthcare team members such as intensivists and nurses.
- Follow evidence-based protocols and ensure accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
- Utilize modern digital tools for managing assignments and schedules.
Requirements
- Experience in critical care respiratory therapy.
- Strong knowledge of ventilator management, ABG analysis, and airway support techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
