About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide essential diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care across various settings, including emergency and critical care. Your work includes assessing respiratory status, delivering evidence-based treatments, managing ventilation and airways, supporting patients and the healthcare team, and maintaining equipment safety. You will utilize advanced respiratory technology, collaborate with physicians and nurses, educate patients and families, and respond promptly to clinical changes or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status of patients
• Deliver evidence-based respiratory treatments
• Manage ventilation and airway support
• Maintain and ensure safety of respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams

Requirements

• NBRC-RRT certification
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS/ACLS) certifications
• State Respiratory Therapist licensure
