Full-Time Registered Respiratory Therapist

About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care across various settings, supporting patient recovery and critical needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status through exams, breath sound interpretation, and airway evaluation.
• Administer evidence-based therapies including oxygen, aerosol medications, and airway clearance techniques.
• Manage ventilation and airways by assisting with airway placement, initiating and adjusting invasive/noninvasive ventilation, and monitoring patient responses.
• Educate patients and families, collaborate with care teams, and support stabilization during deliveries when required.
• Maintain equipment, ensure safety standards, and follow infection prevention protocols.

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT) and Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner licensure.
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in a related field.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment.
