Full-Time Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health status and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and document findings in the EHR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care, comfort, and independence
• Educate residents and families about care and health management
• Promote safety, dignity, and clinical excellence within a supportive environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current valid RN license
• Strong assessment, clinical skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
