About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide personalized patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise treatments and conduct patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Build strong patient relationships and celebrate milestones
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
- Support and mentor staff in delivering high-quality care
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
