Full-Time Registered Nurse

About the role

This PRN Registered Nurse position in the Medical Acute Care Unit involves providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, supporting a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope patient care in moderate to high acuity units, including Med-Surg specialties.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff and contributing to evidence-based practices.
• Support individualized specialty education and competency validation with clinical educators.
• Provide safe, effective care in a fast-paced environment.
• Support ongoing learning and contribute to positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
• State licensure as an RN, with BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
