Full-Time Registered Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment. Your role involves delivering compassionate care that promotes patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments
• Develop and revise care plans based on patient condition changes
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Implement departmental policies, programs, and goals
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Use good judgment, reasoning, and communication skills
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
• Active RN license in applicable state
• CPR certification (obtain during orientation if not current)

Qualifications

Preferred: 1+ year skilled nursing experience
