Full-Time Patient Observer

About the role

Responsible for maintaining a safe hospital environment through continuous patient monitoring, access control, and behavior observation. Provides courteous customer service to staff, patients, and visitors while supporting security and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols
• Monitor patient behaviors
• Regulate access
• Remove hazards
• Assist in incident response
• Document reports
• Support staff safety
• Enforce property policies
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable transportation
• Legal work authorization
• Effective English communication skills
• Healthcare or law enforcement experience preferred
