About the role
This role oversees all aspects of Patient Services within the Culinary Service department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional meal experiences to patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Patient Services within the Culinary Service department
- Implement best practices and meet regulatory standards for patient meal delivery
- Coordinate with clinical teams to address specific dietary needs
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of patient services staff
- Manage human resources functions related to the team
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, food service, culinary arts, or a related field
- Registration as a Dietitian
- Certification in food safety
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in a healthcare or food service environment
- Background in dietetics, food service, or culinary arts
- Strong organizational, communication, and nutritional knowledge
