About the role

This role oversees all aspects of Patient Services within the Culinary Service department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional meal experiences to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Patient Services within the Culinary Service department
• Implement best practices and meet regulatory standards for patient meal delivery
• Coordinate with clinical teams to address specific dietary needs
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of patient services staff
• Manage human resources functions related to the team
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, food service, culinary arts, or a related field
• Registration as a Dietitian
• Certification in food safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a healthcare or food service environment
• Background in dietetics, food service, or culinary arts
• Strong organizational, communication, and nutritional knowledge
