Full-Time Dietitian

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team, providing expert nutritional assessment and intervention for patients/residents to enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Include Offering nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educating patients, staff, or consultants.Adhering to the standards of practice set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and complying with regulatory requirements.Collaborating with other departments to develop procedures and solve nutrition-related issues.Participating in continuous quality improvement programs. Qualifications And Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field (prior to 2024) or Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.Passing a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or meeting eligibility requirements.Completing 75 hours of continuing education every five years, following the professional portfolio process.Licensed or certified according to state regulations.Knowledge of assessment, care planning, and residents’ rights standards.Ability to educate others on nutrition and dietetics. Preferred experience: Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus.
