Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the Role

Join our on-call team as a Back-up Nanny, offering flexible childcare around your schedule. You will care for children in-home, focusing on safety and age-appropriate activities without the need for transportation or extensive household duties.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home, ranging from infants to toddlers (highest demand for children under age 2).
• Engage children with hands-on activities based on their developmental needs.
• Perform common-sense clean-up of activities or meals shared with the child.
• Support families needing temporary or back-up care.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid), with mandatory infant experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes in the area.
• Availability for 6–8 hour shifts on any 3 or more weekdays between 7 am and 7 pm.
• Commitment to clear communication with the staffing supervisor and families.

Pay

$23–$26.50 per hour.
