Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the Role

Join our on-call team as a Back-up Nanny, providing flexible in-home childcare without the need for transportation or household duties beyond common-sense clean-up. You’ll support families with children ranging from infants to toddlers, with the highest demand for care for children under the age of 2.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in their homes, focusing on safety and age-appropriate activities.
• Engage children through hands-on activities based on developmental observations.
• Maintain open communication with the staffing supervisor and families.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid), with mandatory infant experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes in the area.
• Availability for 6–8 hour shifts on any 3 or more weekdays between 7 am and 7 pm.
• Commitment to responsiveness and a positive attitude when interacting with families.

Pay

$18–$20 per hour.
