Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the Role

Join our on-call team as a Back-up Nanny, working around your flexible schedule. This role is ideal for those who have worked as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer, as well as retired teachers or teaching professionals seeking a smaller environment than a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home (no transportation of children required)
• Perform no household duties other than common-sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child
• Support families who need care for children ranging from infants through toddlers (highest demand for children under age 2)
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on observations of the children's age-appropriate development

Pay & Benefits

• $20 - $22 per hour

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid) with mandatory infant experience
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
• Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6-8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
• Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor
